Guys, my friend had trouble connecting to his PS4 with his app. He found that it was a network setting on his wifi router in wireless advanced settings called "AP Isolation" which was checked, simply uncheck, save and reboot router. Start all the downloads, unplug router for seconds, plug back in, go to Network, Test Connection, then go to downloads and they should all be "paused". Really they are disconnected but the progress is saved and you can start them again individually. Hopefully they patch in queued downloads soon.
