Then when I want to start a game I will load one of those saves, still with 0 mods installed, exit the vault, make a save. I mean, I wouldn't say that Sony's never going to agree to get the mods on PS4, but it's going to take maybe a year or two after the Xbox One version gets them. Honestly, if you want to play Fallout 4 and have the best experience with the game, then buy yourself an Xbox One. PS4's going to have the worst version of that game for sure.
